Returns & Exchanges

To obtain a full refund or exchange we must be notified within 10 days and receive goods within 21 days of purchase.

Good must:           
- not show any visible signs of wear
- be packaged in original box it was sent
- have tags fully attached
- be sent with original receipt from purchase
- be in original condition as it was sent

*If the above criteria is not met refund or exchange may be refused.
*Standard delivery charges will apply for re-orders and exchanges.

How to return or exchange goods

Notify Clyde Duke by sending us an email at info@clydeduke.com.au within 10 working days of purchase including your order/invoice number, address and what size you would like to swap it for or whether you would like a refund.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours from receiving goods.

AT NO TIME DOES CLYDEDUKE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SIZING OF GOODS AND PHOTOS COLOURING THAT MAY VARY. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GUIDE YOU IF IT’S KNOWN THAT A PRODUCT IS A SMALLER OR BIGGER FITTING AND IF THE COLOUR MAY VARY FROM THAT OF THE PHOTO.
